Stephen Chow's CJ7 Screening

The CJ7 screening took place at the Harmony Gold screening room. The line began somewhere around 4pm for a 7:30 screening. Stephen Chow and Xu Jiao are to do a Q and A, and people are excited. The room seats 300+ and that's about how many came though. The line went around the building, and luckily we had enough space for everyone. We've had screenings where we had to turn away 100 people.

The film begins March 7 in LA and NYC.

That's Xu Jiao. She played a he, and did a great job in the film, and did a great job in the Q and A. She has star written all over her.

The Q and A went well. We almost decided to have Martin do the entire Q and A. More him less you might work well, especially with shy Asians in the house, but actually the people did pretty well in asking questions. That's what happens when you bring in the fans and not the totally clueless.



After the Q and A, the main raffle winner became the star. A Stephen Chow signed CJ7. Tons of people photographed him, or actually the plush. He scored.
